Perdido Key State Park is located along a narrow stretch of beautiful white sand shoreline on the barrier island of Perdido Key, Florida.  This park boasts the clear blue-green waters typical of this Emerald Coast area of the state along with being in a somewhat less populated area in comparison to the larger Florida cities.

From this beach, visitors will be provided fantastic views of the calm Gulf waters and a respite from the hectic pace of some beaches.  Perdido Key translates literally as “Lost Key”, and those taking the short trip across the bridges linking it to the Alabama or Florida Panhandle mainland will agree that this key is worth discovering.

The area is characterized with a laid back, shorts and sandals laid-back lifestyle without the aloof nature sometimes encountered elsewhere.
